The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) invites bids for the procurement of janitorial and cleaning services to maintain a clean and pleasant office environment across multiple RDA facilities in Punjab. The scope of work covers seven buildings with a total area of approximately 120,773 square feet, including the RDA WASA Building Block, RDA New Building Block, RDA Old Building Block, One Window Block/BFC, Civil Line Club RDA, RDA Library Area, and RDA Residences. Services are required for office hours plus two hours before and after office operations, seven days a week including holidays, with 23 janitors and 2 supervisors deployed across the covered areas.
