Faisalabad Medical University invites bids on a fixed-price basis for the outsourcing of janitorial services at FMU for the financial year 2026-27. This is a competitive procurement advertised through the Punjab e-Procurement System (PPRA) under the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority framework. The university seeks qualified contractors to provide comprehensive janitorial and cleaning services at its Faisalabad campus. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for income tax and sales tax purposes, and must be on the active tax-payer list. All bidders are required to submit bid security amounting to 2 percent of the estimated price of quoted items for the financial year 2026-27. Non-submission of required bid security will result in rejection of the bid. Successful bidders will be required to furnish a performance guarantee before contract signing. Bidders must carefully read all bidding documents and submit proposals strictly in accordance with the specified terms and conditions; failure to comply will result in bid rejection.
Tender submission and opening will be conducted through a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure as per Rule 38 (4-D) of the Public Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended). Bidding documents are available on the PPRA website at https://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Tender submission deadline is 28 July 2026 at 10:30 AM with bid opening scheduled for 28 July 2026 at 11:00 AM. FMU will not bear any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in preparation or delivery of bids. In case of public holiday affecting the submission or opening date, the next working day becomes the new deadline.
