Description / Scope of Work
Government Mian Meer Hospital, Lahore invites open competitive bids for a framework rate contract to procure clinical laboratory supplies during the financial year 2026-27. The total estimated value of this procurement is Rs 14.9 Million, comprising five distinct lots: Rapid Diagnostic Kits and Devices (Rs 4 Million), Clinical Lab Items including vials, racks and cups (Rs 1.6 Million), Clinical Lab Reagents for Chemistry Analyzer (Rs 5 Million), HbA1C Testing Reagents for HbA1C Analyzer (Rs 2.5 Million), and Hematology Tests Reagents for Hematology Analyzer (Rs 1.8 Million). Bidders are required to quote for all items within their chosen lot, and missing items will result in bid rejection. The contract will be structured as a framework rate agreement for supply of required items on a day-to-day, weekly, monthly or quarterly basis as per the hospital's routine service demands and budget availability.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to possess valid National Tax Number (NTN), valid GST registration, valid PST (if applicable), valid Professional Tax, active taxpayer status, no black-listing history, and legal authorization to conduct business in Punjab. The bid security is set at 2 percent of the bid value and is payable through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bidders must be suitable vendors meeting all minimum acceptance criteria and must quote based on cumulative price for total estimated quantity to determine the lowest bid for contract award.
The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 20th July 2026 at 11:00 am in the Committee Room of GMMH. Bid submission closes on 31st July 2026 at 10:00 am through the E-Procurement (EP.Punjab) System, with bid opening following immediately at 11:00 am on the same date in the Committee Room.
