The Welfare Wing, S&GAD at Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore invites sealed electronic bids for the hiring of janitorial, security and technical staff to support operations at Tower-C located at the Old P&D Building Site in Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore, and at Rawal Lake Lodges in Islamabad. This procurement covers essential support services required to maintain facility cleanliness, ensure security, and provide technical maintenance across these government properties. The scope includes staffing for comprehensive janitorial services, round-the-clock security operations, and technical maintenance support.
Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and possess relevant experience in providing similar services to government or large institutional clients. Valid National Tax Numbers, business registration certificates, and proof of past performance on comparable contracts are mandatory. Bidders must also submit bid security as specified in the bidding documents, typically in the form of bank guarantees or demand drafts. All eligible bidders are invited to participate, including Pakistani nationals and firms registered in Pakistan.
Bid documents are available from the Welfare Wing, S&GAD office at Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore during official working hours. Sealed electronic bids must be submitted by the published deadline of 27 July 2026. The bid opening ceremony will be conducted on the same day, immediately following the submission deadline, in the presence of authorized representatives of bidders.
