Repair and Maintenance of NCCIA Building No 12 by Capital Development Authority

The Capital Development Authority invites electronic bids from eligible bidders registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-3 or above for the procurement of work related to repair and maintenance of NCCIA Building No 12, located in Shahrah-e-Jamhuriat, G-5/2, Islamabad in the Federal Territory. This is a single stage, single envelope procurement conducted through the Least Cost Based Selection technique in compliance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulations issued by the Authority. The tender documents are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System platform for interested bidders registered on EPADS v2.0.

All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order or call at deposit as specified in the bid security section of the bidding documents. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in this electronic bidding process. The procurement follows the guidelines and regulations issued by the Authority to ensure transparency and fair competition among qualified contractors.

Bid documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on EPADS at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk for all registered bidders. Electronic bids prepared in accordance with the e-bidding instructions must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Friday, July 31, 2026 at 11:30 AM, with bids opening on the same day at 12:00 PM.
