Description / Scope of Work
The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office in Islamabad is conducting an auction of technical items through formal bidding process. This auction is issued from NADRA's Regional Head Office located at Plot No. 30, 31 Mauve Area G 10/4 in Islamabad, Federal Province. The auction provides an opportunity for eligible firms and bidders to participate in acquiring technical equipment and materials through a transparent competitive bidding mechanism. Interested parties are invited to submit their bids in accordance with the established auction procedures and timelines.
To participate in this auction, bidders must meet specific eligibility and responsiveness criteria. Applicants are required to possess valid Sales Tax Registration Certificate, National Tax Number (NTN) certificate, and proof of active taxpayer status. Bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit of Rs. 8,000 (refundable) in the name of NSRC Disbursement Account RHO NADRA Islamabad. Additionally, a fresh affidavit certificate confirming that the bidder has never been blacklisted is mandatory. All auction documents must be completely filled with accurate information using capital letters, and the auction board reserves the right to reject any bid with missing required documentation.
The selection and evaluation of bids will be based on the highest bid amount, subject to the clearance of basic eligibility and responsiveness requirements. Financial bids from eligible and responsive bidders will be considered for final evaluation. In cases where multiple bidders quote the same price, preference will be given to the bidder with greater experience as a taxpayer. Bidders should prepare comprehensive documentation including copies of all registration certificates and maintain contact with the NADRA Regional Head Office for submission and opening procedures.
