IESCo Civil Division (Islamabad Electric Supply Company) invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for special repair and maintenance works on Flats C-4 and C-5 at the 132 KV Grid Station located in Sowan, Rawalpindi. This civil works procurement is planned for the fiscal year 2026-27 and is conducted under the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
