The Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs is inviting prequalification applications from National contractors and firms for an Open Framework Agreement related to Prequalification of Firms/Contractors for Repair & Maintenance Works. The procurement is funded from Non-ADP resources and will be executed in Islamabad Capital Territory. This is a framework-type procurement mechanism designed to establish a panel of pre-qualified service providers who will subsequently be invited to bid on call-off contracts for repair and maintenance work throughout the 12-month framework agreement period beginning October 5, 2026.
