For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

IESCo seeks repair and reconstruction of a collapsed 132KV grid station boundary wall in Bhagwal—a single, defined civil works scope under FY 2026-27 budget (ref P61307).

Scale appears small-to-medium based on boundary wall work. Key consideration: ePADS v2.0 registration is mandatory; bidders without prior platform experience should register early. Closing date is 18 months away, suggesting standard procurement pace rather than urgency. This is a one-off infrastructure restoration, not recurring work.

Who can bid: Bidders must be registered as contractors with relevant civil works experience (PEC category not explicitly stated but typically Category C or higher required for grid station infrastructure). ePADS v2.0 registration is mandatory. NTN/SECP registration typically required for Pakistani contractors. Bid security (amount unspecified in summary) must accompany proposal.
