Description / Scope of Work
The Irrigation Department, Government of Sindh invites e-bids for the procurement of goods and services of Abkalani material for Sukkur Begari Bund Division Sukkur and its off-taking channels for the financial year 2026-27. This is a national competitive bidding under the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) Rules 2010 (Amended 2019), conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) in Single Stage One Envelope method. Bids will be opened on 27 July 2026 at 12:00 noon by the Procurement Committee in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives at the Office of the Executive Engineer, Sukkur Begari Bund Division Sukkur. In case of un-responded bids, a second schedule will be conducted with bids received on 12 August 2026 at 12:00 noon and opened on 12 August 2026 at 1:00 PM.
