Rehabilitation of Dara Allah Yar to Haidaun Road Construction Works in Balochistan

The Integrated Food Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP) Component-I invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for construction works on the rehabilitation of Dara Allah Yar to Haidaun Road via Shibetpur in Balochistan Province. The project road section spans 21.45 kilometers and is located within Balochistan's development corridor. This procurement is part of the World Bank-funded initiative aimed at strengthening integrated food resilience and adaptation capacity in rural areas. The contract reference number is PK-PKI-IFRAP-CJR-S51865-CM-RFB with credit line 7333-PK.

Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant regulatory authorities and hold valid licenses to conduct construction work in Pakistan. Bidders are required to submit bids on an item rate basis with percentage premium, adhering to the Composite Schedule of Rates. Bid security of PKR 42 million is mandatory and must be submitted through an unconditional bank guarantee, fixed deposit receipt, certified check, pay order, or demand draft. All bidders are subject to World Bank procurement policy standards and conflict of interest declarations. Pre-bid conference will be held on 24th July 2026 at the Project Director's office, and bidders are encouraged to participate.
