Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer Roads CW PPAH Department in Balochistan invites bids from eligible contractors for the construction of a macadam road from 40 to palisade ghowainross (small execution) with remaining road and structure works under allied activities. The tender reference is DPRO-PRGNs-977/24-6-2026 with an estimated cost of 308,398.97/2- in Balochistan province. The project scope includes road construction and related structural works to be completed within specified timelines as per tender conditions. Procurement follows the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 and is open to eligible bidders meeting prescribed financial and experience standards.
Eligible bidders must hold an active tax filer status and maintain sound financial capacity. Applicants must demonstrate prior execution of similar works valued at least PKR 215,679,280 within recent years, supported by valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-1 and above, or equivalent relevant specialization. Road and pavement works require completion of at least three similar projects. Bid security is fixed at 3 percent of the estimated cost as specified by the undersigned, with tender documents available through the NIT and Building Document portal.

Complete bidding documents must be submitted electronically by 17 September 2026 on the invalid date through the supplier dashboard. Tender opening occurs on the same day as the submission deadline via EPPS System.
