Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government & Community Development Department, Civil Sub-Division Lahore invites e-tenders for the rehabilitation of road and tuff tiles at Hamza Town, Ferozepur Road, Lahore. This procurement is advertised under tender reference XEN/LG&CD/LHR.DIV(LHR)/2026-27/01 dated 27-8-2026 with an approved cost of Rs. 5,000,000. Eligible bidders must be engineering firms or contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 and above with valid licenses. Contractors must maintain active Filer NTN and PNTN registrations and be enrolled on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) portal. Bid Security of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted digitally online before 16-09-2026 at 09:00 AM. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Guarantee of 10% of the Contract Amount as per PPRA Clause-56.
Bidding documents can be downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement Portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk or the PPRA website. Bidders must submit e-bids by uploading PDF files on the Punjab e-Procurement System before 16-09-2026 at 09:00 AM. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 12:00 PM in the office of the Assistant Engineer, LG&CD Civil Sub-Division, Lahore. All rates must be quoted against each item of DNIT/BOQs in absolute figures rather than percentages. Conditional, unsigned, incomplete or unclear bids will be rejected. The procuring agency retains the right to reject all bids under PPRA Rule-35.
