Infrastructure Development Projects through e-PADS by PIDCL

Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), under the Ministry of Housing and Works, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids through the e-PADS system for rehabilitation, construction, and laying of cement concrete turf pavers in multiple projects across Sindh province. The scope encompasses infrastructure works in various town districts including Karachi, Korangi, Malir, and other areas, with estimated project costs ranging from approximately 288,000 to 404,000 thousand rupees. These civil works projects involve detailed specifications for road rehabilitation, pavement construction, and infrastructure development across multiple locations within Sindh province.

Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and possess appropriate licenses and certificates as specified in the tender documents. Bid security is required as per the bills of quantities and specifications provided. Contractors must demonstrate technical capacity and financial capability to undertake the specified works. All bidders are required to comply with the tender conditions and contractual obligations outlined in the detailed bid documents.

Bid documents are available online through the e-PADS portal (https://epads.gov.pk). Interested bidders must obtain the complete specifications, bills of quantities, and contract packages from the e-PADS system. Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS before the closing date of July 30, 2026. Bid opening is scheduled for August 3, 2026 at 12:00 PM.
