Pre-Qualification of Printing Presses and Firms by Directorate of Electronic Media and Publications

The Directorate of Electronic Media and Publications (NA), Islamabad, invites pre-qualification applications from national printing presses and firms for the financial year 2026-2027. This is a non-consultancy services procurement process with reference number P63290, conducted through a single stage-one envelope methodology. The pre-qualification exercise aims to identify eligible service providers who will subsequently be invited to participate in competitive bidding for printing and publication services. The procurement is open to all national applicants subject to meeting the specified eligibility requirements outlined in the pre-qualification documents.
