Pre-Qualification of Printing Presses and Firms by Directorate of Electronic Media

The Directorate of Electronic Media and Publications (NA) invites pre-qualification applications from national printing presses and firms for financial year 2026-2027 under reference P63290. This is a non-consulting services procurement conducted on a national basis using a single-stage, one-envelope bidding process. The pre-qualification exercise aims to identify eligible service providers who will subsequently be invited to participate in competitive bidding for printing and publication services. Only pre-qualified applicants will be entitled to participate in the formal procurement proceedings and receive invitations to bid. The directorate has reserved dedicated funds for this procurement planned for FY 2026-27 and intends to sign contract agreements with selected successful bidders following the competitive process.
