Description / Scope of Work
The Printing Corporation of Pakistan invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of white offset paper (local high finish), P.S. plates and CTP plates for the PCP Press located in Khyaban-e-Suhrawardy, Islamabad. The procurement is planned for fiscal year 2026-27 and has reserved funds allocated for this purpose. This is a national-level goods procurement conducted under Single Stage-One Envelope methodology using the Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS v2.0) to participate. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, call deposit or by submission of a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. The procurement follows transparent competitive bidding principles as mandated by the Public Procurement Rules.
