For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
PCP seeks consumables for offset printing operations—white offset paper, PS plates, and CTP plates—for their Islamabad facility.
This is recurring procurement for FY 2026-27 with pre-allocated budget, suggesting stable demand. Scale appears medium based on institutional consumption patterns. Single-stage bidding and LCS methodology indicate straightforward evaluation; tight 18-month timeline to closure allows reasonable preparation window. Suppliers of printing consumables with existing ePADS registration should assess price competitiveness against rivals.
Who can bid: Bidders must register on ePADS v2.0 before submission. Typically, Pakistani suppliers require valid NTN and SECP registration (if private entity) or provincial authority registration (if public). PCP procurement follows PPR 2004; no sector-specific certifications mentioned, though suppliers of offset/printing materials may face implicit quality standards during evaluation.
