Description / Scope of Work
The Special Investment Facilitation Council invites sealed tenders on single stage-two envelopes bidding procedure for supply, installation and fixing of promotional material required for meetings, conferences and seminars. The scope covers provision of promotional material for SIFC events and functions. Tenders are open to reputed firms and vendors registered with the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and possessing valid GST/NTN registration, based in Rawalpindi and Islamabad with proven track record and sound financial position. The contract covers supply arrangements, installation services and fixing of promotional materials at desired locations within the specified area with proper production and distribution facility.
Eligibility requirements include registration as an active taxpayer with valid GST/NTN documentation, proof of NTN/GST registration, and submission of an affidavit on stamp paper confirming the firm has not been blacklisted by any government ministry, division, department or organization. Bidders must submit company profile demonstrating experience in the relevant field and financial soundness. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of bank draft favoring the Deputy Director (General), SIFC, Islamabad is mandatory and refundable. Authorized representatives may attend tender opening. All firms must submit quotes for every item listed; partial bids will be rejected.

Bidders must upload sealed bids on E-PADS by 15 September 2026 at 11:00 a.m., with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 a.m. at SIFC's office in Islamabad.
