Stitching of Police Uniforms by Islamabad Capital Territory Police

Islamabad Capital Territory Police invites qualified firms and vendors to participate in a tender for stitching of police uniforms including Blue, ITP, ATS, SPU, and CTD uniforms for the financial years 2026-27 and 2027-28. The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure via PPRA EPADs 2.0 online portal in accordance with PPRA Rules established by the Government of Pakistan. This tender is open to all reputable and well-established uniform stitching firms operating in Islamabad and across Pakistan with proven experience in the sector.

Eligible bidders must possess valid Sales Tax Registration Certificate, NTN Certificate, and FBR Active Tax Payer's List certificates for both income tax and sales tax. Applicants must submit an affidavit confirming they have never been blacklisted, along with detailed information about permanent, temporary, technical and non-technical staff. Bidders are required to submit previous work details with documentary proof and a certificate of acceptance of all terms and conditions. A security deposit pay order of Rs. 200,000 payable to AIG/Logistics, Islamabad must be attached with the bid.
