Description / Scope of Work
Lahore Electric Supply Company (Material Management) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of lineman rain coats under Tender No. 4449 with reference P165927. This international goods procurement is planned for the fiscal year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) v2.0 using a single-stage, one-envelope bidding process with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2026. The procurement is for supply of protective rain coats required by linemen working in Punjab province, with LESCO's headquarters located in Lahore at 22-A Queens Road.
Bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 to participate. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft, or alternatively a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. The bidding process will follow standard eligibility and evaluation criteria as detailed in the tender documents, with preference given to the lowest evaluated responsive bid.

Sealed electronic bids must be submitted through ePADS v2.0 on or before Monday, November 16, 2026 at 10:30 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:00 AM.
