Upgradation of Usman Park at Singhpura NA-118 Lahore - Civil, Electrical and Irrigation Works

This tender invites financial bids for the upgradation and renovation of Usman Park located at Singhpura NA-118 in Lahore, Punjab. The project encompasses comprehensive civil works, walkway construction, electrical infrastructure, and irrigation systems with an estimated cost of Rs. 3,56,25,931 and earnest money requirement of Rs. 17,81,200. The scope includes dismantling and reconstruction of brick masonry, installation of new steel fencing and gates with ornamental designs, construction of pergolas, benches, and gazebos, provision of cobble paver walkways, jogging tracks, children's play items, and triangular sitting areas with planters. All rates quoted are inclusive of applicable taxes and exclusive of PST.

Bidders must provide rates for each item listed in the financial bid schedule covering civil works, walkway materials and labour, electrical equipment and installation including LED street lights with 10-metre ornamental poles, foundation work, cabling, and panel boards, as well as irrigation works including tube well boring. Contractors should be registered with relevant authorities and possess experience in similar park development and infrastructure projects. The earnest money of Rs. 17,81,200 is mandatory and must accompany the bid submission.
