For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Government park renovation spanning ~3.57 crore rupees covering civil reconstruction, ornamental fencing, pergolas, LED street lighting on 10m poles, jogging tracks, children's play equipment, and irrigation with tube well boring.
Multi-disciplinary scope (civil, electrical, irrigation) suggests requirement for either consortium or established contractor with diverse experience. Soft deadline (July 2026) is non-urgent. Single project, not recurring. Requires detailed itemized costing across three trades—pricing discipline critical given tax-inclusive requirement and government procurement scrutiny.
Who can bid: Typically requires NTN registration, relevant PEC category (likely G-I or G-II for civil with electrical component), and documented experience in similar park/landscape projects. Horticulture Agency Lahore will specify formal registration requirements in tender documents; prior park development portfolio strongly advantageous.
