Installation of Air Conditioners (ACs) by PDOHA Karachi

Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA) Karachi invites sealed bids from reputed firms registered under the Income Tax and Sales Tax Acts for the procurement and installation of air conditioning units at the DHACSS SKBZ Campus in Karachi, Sindh. The tender covers the supply and installation of 06 units of 1.5 Ton Inverter air conditioners and 04 units of 1.0 Ton Inverter air conditioners. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the cooling infrastructure at the Defence Officers Housing Authority facilities in Karachi to meet operational requirements.

Tender documents with detailed specifications are available on submission of a written application to the PDOHA Procurement office on payment of PKR 1,000 in the form of a pay order in favor of Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (Non-Refundable). Interested bidders must be duly registered under Income Tax and Sales Tax Acts to be eligible for participation. Sealed bids must reach the office by 1030 hours on 24 July 2026, with the opening scheduled for 1100 hours on the same date.

DHA reserves the right to reject any or all tenders under existing rules and regulations. Tenders received after the stipulated deadline will not be entertained.
