For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a small-scale, low-value recurring license contract for operating a single photocopy shop on a university campus, suitable for individual entrepreneurs or small local vendors rather than large firms. Revenue depends on student/staff footfall and campus vacation cycles, which limits earning months. The Rs. 1000 non-refundable participation fee and CDR-based earnest money keep entry costs low, but the fixed monthly license fee model means profitability hinges on realistic bidding rather than aggressive overbidding.
Who can bid: Open to all reputed/eligible photocopy service providers meeting minimum qualification criteria; no PEC or SECP registration is mentioned. Typically, such campus shop licenses require a valid CNIC, business address, and earnest money via CDR, with NTN/business registration often expected though not explicitly stated here.
