Punjab Ring Road Authority (PRRA) invites bids from qualified and experienced firms, companies, sole proprietors, and joint ventures for leasing and renting out of specified spaces and locations at Lahore Ring Road (LRR) for the establishment of service areas. The procurement is being conducted through a Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) bidding procedure in accordance with prevailing PRRA Rules 2014 (amended to date). This opportunity encompasses multiple service area spaces along the ring road infrastructure in Lahore, Punjab, representing a significant commercial leasing engagement with potential for long-term operational commitment.
