Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for renting out a university shop located within the FJWU Campus-I premises. The shop, measuring 18 feet by 12 feet, is designated for stationery items, fine arts, and photography retail operations. The minimum annual rent is Rs.1,206,000 (or Rs.100,500 monthly). Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and maintain active tax-filer status. Interested parties should demonstrate economic soundness and at least three years of relevant retail or stationery business experience. Bid security of five percent of the estimated annual rent (Rs.60,300) must be submitted in the form of a Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Call Deposit Receipt favouring the Treasurer of FJWU. No crossed cheques, bank challans, or cash will be accepted. The selected contractor must deposit Rs.500,000 as security and arrange a separate electricity meter from WAPDA if required.
