Supply of ~30 miscellaneous aviation spares (mix of locally-sourced and imported) to a military aviation depot.
Scale appears medium—multiple items, split delivery windows (30/90 days), batched POs suggest ongoing but irregular offtake. Key operational constraint: 80% shelf-life retention required at delivery, indicating inventory risk for perishable components. Exclusion of firms with pending prior-year deliveries signals the buyer prioritizes execution reliability. PPRA compliance required; security clearance prerequisite narrows bidder pool significantly.
Who can bid: Must hold NTN certificate and registration with Central Aviation Spares Depot OR valid Military Intelligence Directorate security clearance (Army interaction requirement). Firms with pending deliveries from prior financial year are ineligible. Registration with SECP not explicitly stated but typically required for corporate entities. Defence contracting typically demands security vetting and track record.
