Description / Scope of Work
The Hydrocarbon Development Institute of Pakistan invites sealed bids for the procurement of CRMS (Certified Reference Materials)/Standards, chemicals, glassware, stationery and international proficiency testing diesel sample under procurement reference P63440 for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement is planned for the institute's operations in Karachi, Sindh province, with funds reserved under the FY 2026-27 budget allocation. This is a national-level procurement for goods to support the institute's laboratory and testing operations. Bidding will be conducted through ePADS v2.0 using a Single Stage-One Envelope process with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Eligible bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents.
