The Hydrocarbon Development Institute of Pakistan invites sealed bids for the procurement of CRMS (Certified Reference Materials)/Standards, chemicals, glassware, stationery and international proficiency testing diesel sample under procurement reference P63440 for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement is planned for the institute's operations in Karachi, Sindh province, with funds reserved under the FY 2026-27 budget allocation.
