For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

HIT seeks two pediatric ventilators with 2-month delivery—a small, straightforward medical equipment procurement for hospital use. Bidders must satisfy formal government registration, provide three-year audit history, and demonstrate prior experience with government bodies. The Rs 2,000 tender fee and documentary requirements suggest moderate-scale institutional procurement. This appears to be a one-off capital equipment order rather than a recurring framework.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid NTN certificates and be registered with Sales Tax Department. HIT registration, pre-qualification, or indexation letters are required. Three years audited accounts and evidence of prior government or semi-government contracts are mandatory. Firms must be neither government defaulters nor blacklisted. Typically, medical equipment suppliers must also hold relevant product registrations or approvals from pharmaceutical/medical device regulatory bodies.
