Description / Scope of Work
Peshawar High Court invites sealed tenders through E-Pad from registered firms and suppliers for the purchase of stationary items including white paper, computer toners, writing instruments, markers, highlighters, gum sticks, stapler pins, staples removers, and sharpeners. The tender covers 14 distinct categories of office supplies with quantities ranging from 50 to 2000 units depending on the item type. This procurement is issued by the Peshawar High Court located in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, and encompasses supplies required for the court's administrative and operational needs.
Registered firms and suppliers are eligible to participate in this tender. Bidders must submit their proposals exclusively through the E-Pad platform and are required to accompany their tender with call deposit as earnest money equivalent to 2 percent of the total bid amount, payable in the name of Registrar Peshawar High Court. All bidders must include their Sales Tax Registration Number and Bank Account Number in their tender documents. The successful bidder will be obligated to deposit security amount as prescribed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement of Goods, Work and Services Rules 2014.

Sealed tenders must reach the undersigned on or before 20 August 2026 at 11:00 am, with opening scheduled for 11:30 am the same day. Tenders received after the deadline will not be entertained. The successful bidder must supply all items within fifteen days of receiving the supply order and is responsible for payment of all prescribed taxes. Failure to supply within the stipulated period or supply of substandard items will result in forfeiture of earnest money and call deposit.
