Rehabilitation of Control House Building and Switch Yard by HAZECO

Hazara Electric Supply Company Limited (HAZECO) invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the rehabilitation and renovation of control house buildings and switch yards at two locations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The tender comprises two separate works: rehabilitation of the control house building and switch yard at 132 KV Grid Station Hasan Abdal (estimated cost Rs. 39,332,895 excluding GST) and similar work at 132 KV Grid Station Havelian (estimated cost Rs. 21,291,767 excluding GST). Bidders must possess valid PEC membership or equivalent credentials, with satisfactory track record on similar projects of comparable scope and value. A bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated project cost must be submitted with the tender. All bidders must provide certified audited financial reports for the preceding five years and evidence of successful completion of at least two contracts of similar nature and value within the stipulated timeframe.

Bid documents are available from the office of HAZECO's Project Director at GSC, KY Grid Station, Mianwali Road, Attock. The bidding process follows Single Stage One Envelope methodology. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to the Project Director GSC by 11:30 hours on 5 August 2026, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 hours. Prospective bidders should submit 5% bid security as per CDM (Construction Dispute Management) regulations in the form of banker's cheque or draft.
