IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi is inviting quotations for the supply of absorption chiller chemicals required for maintenance and operation of Shuangling absorption chillers at the City Campus location in Sindh. The request covers two items: Lithium Molybdate inhibitor at 20% concentration (5.00 KG) with HS Code 2857.5900 and Octyl Alcohol (2-Ethyl 1-hexanol) at 99.7% concentration (5.00 LITER) with HS Code 2905.1600, or approved equivalents. The scope is limited to supply of specialty industrial chemicals for cooling system maintenance, with delivery required to the Stores facility at IBA Main Campus.
Bidders must provide Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Certificates of Analysis (COA) for both items, demonstrating product quality and composition through certified test results. The documents must be submitted along with quotations by 27 July 2026 at 3:00 PM. IBA reserves the right to inspect materials upon delivery and to reject any items non-compliant with specifications or delayed in delivery. Payment will be processed via crossed cheque following invoice receipt and material delivery. Liquidity damage at 2% per month will be imposed for delayed delivery.

General Sales Tax and applicable government levies including 0.35% stamp duty on the purchase order value will be charged as per SRO. IBA retains discretionary authority to accept or reject quotations, split awards among lowest responsive bidders, or modify quantities without assigning reasons.
