For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

This is a specialized healthcare maintenance contract for dialysis machines requiring 24/7 service availability across a full calendar year, including holidays and weekends. The one-time repair component followed by annual maintenance suggests the hospital has existing equipment needing comprehensive refurbishment and then sustained support. The 2 percent bid security requirement and formal two-envelope procurement process indicate a medium-to-large scale hospital service contract. Bidders must demonstrate technical competency in dialysis equipment servicing, parts availability networks, and rapid response capability to meet critical clinical demands.
Who can bid: The notice does not explicitly state eligibility criteria. Typically, bidders for such healthcare maintenance contracts must be registered with SECP (or equivalent trade body), hold valid NTN and GST registration, possess relevant technical certifications for dialysis equipment servicing, demonstrate prior experience with similar medical device maintenance, and maintain adequate technical staff and spare parts inventory.
