Rehabilitation of 1st Floor Executive Washrooms at PSO Office Building LMT

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites quotations for the rehabilitation of the 1st Floor Executive Washrooms at its Office Building LMT in Karachi, Sindh. The scope of work includes complete dismantling of existing washroom infrastructure, construction of new block masonry walls, and comprehensive installation of modern sanitaryware and accessories. The project encompasses removal of existing walls, tiles, commodes, wash basins, and electrical wiring, followed by the creation of new compartments including an additional male washroom and dedicated female washroom. All dismantled debris must be removed from the premises and disposed of outside LMT.

The rehabilitation includes supply and installation of wooden doors with locks and hinges, Indian and European commodes with flush tanks, Muslim showers, towel rails, mirrors, brass bib cocks, toilet paper holders, floor traps, and associated plumbing in UPVC pipes. Wall finishes comprise matt paint application, and all wooden doors require high-quality polish on both sides. Detailed specifications are provided in the tender document for each line item, with quantities and unit measures clearly defined.

Quotations must be submitted by 04 August 2026. Bidders are required to read all attached instructions and provide unit prices for each item listed.
