This is a framework pre-qualification for furniture repair services in federal government offices, recurring annually with one-year extension option. Scope includes refinishing, structural repairs, upholstery, hardware replacement and mechanism adjustments, capped at Rs. 500,000 per order. Competition likely moderate; the Rs. 60,000 earnest money is relatively modest. Successful pre-qualification leads to RFQ issuance for specific jobs. Three years prior public sector furniture repair experience is mandatory. Timeline is standard but approaching rapidly with August 10, 2026 closing.
Who can bid: Applicants must hold active Sales Tax and Income Tax registration, appear on FBR's Active Taxpayer List (ATL), own physical workshop in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, possess three years documented furniture repair experience in public sector, and be registered on EPADS. Only pre-qualified firms will be invited to quotation stage. Firms without verifiable public sector experience or tax compliance cannot proceed.
