Submissions must reach the COMMANDANT AFIT RAWALPINDI no later than 1100 hours on 21 September 2026. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours in the Conference Room of AFIT Rawalpindi in the presence of authorized firm representatives.
