Govt. Teaching Hospital Shahdara, Lahore invites bids for a framework contract for procurement of digital x-ray films for the financial year 2026-2027. This is a recurring annual procurement under a framework contract arrangement, indicating the hospital's consistent requirement for radiological imaging consumables. The tender is open to eligible bidders meeting the prescribed qualifications and registration requirements. Bidders must demonstrate technical capability to supply high-quality digital x-ray films meeting international medical standards and consistent delivery schedules throughout the contract period in Punjab.
Eligible bidders must possess valid business registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) or equivalent authority, a valid National Tax Number (NTN), and appropriate manufacturer authorization or distributorship credentials for the supplies being offered. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted with each bid in the form of a bank guarantee, pay order, or demand draft made payable to the hospital. All bidders must comply with the Procurement Rules 2004 and provide documentary evidence of their ability to meet the hospital's technical and delivery specifications.
Bidding documents are available from the hospital procurement office and can be obtained upon request. Sealed bids must be deposited by 10:00 AM on 21 September 2026, with opening scheduled for 10:30 AM the same day at the hospital premises in Lahore. Bidders are advised to familiarize themselves with all terms, conditions, and technical specifications outlined in the complete bidding documents before submission. Detailed clarifications can be requested from the procuring agency within the stipulated timeframe. The hospital reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to vary quantities at the time of award.
