Description / Scope of Work
The SSGC Procurement Department invites sealed bids for the procurement of P.E. Pipe 180mm under reference P96172 for FY 2026-27. This national-level goods procurement is conducted using the Single Stage-Two Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection technique in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The bidding documents are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) and contain detailed specifications, terms, conditions and requirements for supply of the polyethylene pipes.
Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders should review the technical evaluation criteria and eligibility requirements detailed in the procurement documents before submission.
Electronic bids prepared according to e-Bidding Document instructions must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, September 24, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS v2.0. Manual bid submissions are not accepted.
