Four separate civil works projects comprising road construction and irrigation channel works across Balochistan.
The aggregate scope spans blacktop road laying and flood irrigation infrastructure. Tender fees are modest (Rs 1500–2000), suggesting localized or smaller-scale interventions. Notable constraint: completion deadline of 30 June 2027 for the primary road work is tight given 2026 tender launch. Projects are one-off, not recurring. Bidders must be tax-registered and PEC-certified; prior turnover and relevant project experience are mandatory filters.
Who can bid: Bidders must be on Active Tax Payer List, not blacklisted, and hold Balochistan Revenue Authority registration. Pakistan Engineering Council certification in relevant category and specialized code are required. Typically, construction contractors must also hold valid NTN, be SECP-registered (if private), maintain valid insurance, and meet minimum financial turnover thresholds stipulated for each work.
