Description / Scope of Work
The FIA Hyderabad Zone invites bids for the hiring of non-core services under procurement reference P112537 for the fiscal year 2026-27. This national-level procurement is for non-consultancy services to support operations at the FIA Hyderabad Zone office located at Plot No. 100-A, Indus Pahari, Site Area, Hyderabad, Sindh Province. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS v2.0) using a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under Open Competitive Bidding with Least Cost Based Selection technique, in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Eligible bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 and may submit bids either as a Pay Order or through a Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format as detailed in the bidding documents. All bids must include appropriate bid security as described in the Bid Security Section of the standard bidding document. Bidders should carefully review the eligibility criteria, evaluation criteria, required services specifications, scope of work, and general and special conditions of contract provided in the complete e-bidding documents.
E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and all requirements are available at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/112537. Bidders must submit their e-bids through ePADS v2.0 on or before Friday, September 25, 2026 at 03:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 03:30 PM.
