Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Healthcare Commission, an independent regulatory body established under the PHC Act 2010, invites sealed bids for procurement of security services through a framework contract. The services are required at the PHC Head Office in Lahore and regional offices located in Bahawalpur, D.G. Khan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Multan, Rawalpindi and Sargodha, with provision for any new offices established during the contractual period. The estimated cost for these services is Rs. 41,340,000 including all applicable taxes. This is a comprehensive security services engagement covering multiple locations across Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be service providers, companies or firms dealing in provision of security services, duly registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax or Punjab Sales Tax. Bidders must be licensed from the Home Department. The bid security required is Rs. 826,800, equivalent to 2% of the estimated price. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.
