Supply of Milk Powder, Lemon Squash, Lab Equipment and TPT Spares by Pakistan Ordnance Factories

Pakistan Ordnance Factories, Wah Cantt, a government procurement authority in Punjab, invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized dealers and registered suppliers for the supply of multiple store categories. The tender encompasses four distinct procurements: one unit of milk powder for hot weather requirement under reference 0001/LP/CMC/56/P-D dated 15-6-2026, one unit of lemon squash for hot weather requirement under reference 0002/LP/CMC/56/P-D dated 15-6-2026, 69 items of laboratory equipment under reference 0061/LP/CMC/56/P-D dated 22-6-2026, and 23 items of TPT spares consisting of batteries under reference 0151/LP/CMC/56/P-D dated 06-7-2026. All bids will open on 13-8-2026.

Bidders must be original manufacturers, authorized dealers or suppliers with valid registration from the income tax and sales tax departments. Bidding documents containing detailed item-wise specifications, technical requirements and all terms and conditions are available for download from the POF website at www.ebidding.pof.gov.pk at no cost, or may be obtained from the office of the Director Supply Chain Management.

All completed bids must be submitted online through the www.ebidding.pof.gov.pk portal on or before 13-8-2026, with a closing time of 1130 hours. Tender opening will occur at 1200 hours on the same date.
