Evaluation will follow the single-stage, one-envelope procurement procedure under rule 6(2a) of KPPRA Rules 2014.
Tender documents and detailed specifications may be obtained from the college's main office on any working day between 09:00 AM and 02:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This is a multi-category procurement for a government educational institution covering consumables (ration, LPG) and durable supplies (uniforms, shoes, stationery). Bidders may compete for individual items or supply multiple categories. Scale appears medium, with modest bid security of Rs. 200,000. Active taxpayer and KPPRA enlistment are hard requirements; documentation gaps will trigger automatic rejection. The tender follows standardized government procurement rules with no pre-bid meeting or unusual conditions noted.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold active taxpayer registration from the Federal Board of Revenue and current KPPRA enlistment; documentary proof of both is mandatory. No sector-specific licensing is mentioned. Typically, suppliers in these categories must also be registered under GST. Financially sound and stable firms are preferred but no specific net worth or liquidity threshold is stated.
