The Communication & Works Department of the Government of Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed bids under Single Stage-Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure for the establishment of an emergency services complex at Hunza. The project involves construction and related services classified under category C-5 and above with code CE-10. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 45,854,434, and the project is located in Hunza, Gilgit-Baltistan. Bidders must be reputed and experienced contractors or firms registered with valid Professional Engineering Council (PEC) registration valid for the current financial year 2026-27 and holding the relevant construction code. Eligible bidders must submit bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank of Pakistan amounting to Rs. 917,089, along with the cost of tender documents set at Rs. 10,000. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule 36 of the GB-PPRA Rules. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned at the C&WD, B&R Division Hunza on any working day through treasury challan as a non-refundable fee. All technical bids must be accompanied by the requisite bid security and must be delivered to the office of the Executive Engineer, B&R Division Hunza on or before the closing date of 29 September 2026 at 12:30 pm. The bids will be opened on the same day at the prescribed time and place in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the office of the Superintending Engineer C&WD Circle Office Hunza on 24 September 2026 at 11:00 am.
