Description / Scope of Work
The Rawalpindi Cantonment Board invites sealed bids for hiring of machinery for land leveling and removal of garbage from its premises located at Bhatta Chowk. This procurement is planned under the FY 2026-27 budget allocation and will be executed through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS v2.0) platform. The contract covers equipment rental services for municipal waste management and earth moving operations in Rawalpindi, Punjab. This single-stage, one-envelope procurement will be evaluated using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
All bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 to participate. Bids must be accompanied by either a Bid Security (amount to be confirmed in the Bid Data Sheet) or a Bid Securing Declaration in the specified format. Proof of past experience with similar machinery hiring contracts and valid business registration are typically required.
