Supply of Miscellaneous Items and Services by Elite Police Training School Lahore

The Commandant Elite Police Training School, Bedian Road, Lahore invites electronic bids for the purchase and provision of miscellaneous items and services on a framework contract basis for the financial year 2026-2027. The tender covers six heads of accounts with a total estimated budget of Rs. 157,000,000, including Cost of Other Store (Rs. 8,000,000), Plant and Machinery (Rs. 18,000,000), Free Meal provision (Rs. 94,000,000), Repair of Transport (Rs. 15,000,000), Miscellaneous Store Items (Rs. 7,000,000), and Purchase of Furniture and Fixtures (Rs. 15,000,000). The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022 on an items-wise competitive bidding basis.

Bidders must have a minimum of two years of relevant experience in the relevant product category and must be registered with appropriate registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. Participants are required to submit a 2% security deposit of the estimated cost through The Bank of Punjab 1-Bill invoice system before the bid submission deadline. Bidders must provide evidence of financial soundness based on average turnover for the last three years, submit an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted, and provide authentic documentation of their credentials. Registration as an active taxpayer with FBR or PRA is mandatory, and authorized dealers must provide evidence of authorization.

Bid documents are available free of cost from the PPRA website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the Punjab e-Procurement System at http://ep.punjab.gov.pk from the date of publication. Electronic bids comprising single packages with technical and financial components must be submitted online by 2:00 PM on August 11, 2026, with bids opening at 2:30 PM the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bid validity extends until June 30, 2027, and repeat orders shall not exceed 15% of the original procurement. Hard copies of sealed bids may be submitted to the office in case of technical difficulties with online submission.
