Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for the procurement of general store items under tender reference 06/Normal/2026-27. The tender covers supply of Refueling On Move (ROM) kits, Multi Source Aviation Refueling System (MARS) trolleys, Diesel Filtration and Dispensing Units (DFDU), and Solar Operated Deep Freezers. Procurement is planned within the current financial year 2026-27, with quantities subject to change at the time of award. Bid security equal to 5 percent of the estimated bid value must be deposited within five working days of intimation. All bidders are bound by the Official Secrets Act regarding confidentiality of bids and security-related information. Mandatory collection of specifications and relevant documents from the Local Purchase Branch is required before participation.
Bid documents must be submitted in three separate sealed envelopes marked for Technical Proposal, Financial Proposal, and Vendor Profile/Qualification Documents respectively, all placed in an outer envelope. Submissions must reach Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi, Fort Road, Rawalpindi Cantonment before 1030 hours on 12 August 2026. Bids will be opened at 1100 hours the same day in the Conference Room with bidder representatives in attendance.
