Description / Scope of Work
The Engineering Development Board (EDB) under the Ministry of Industries and Production invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the procurement of stationery items, miscellaneous items, HP printer cartridges and photocopier toners. This goods procurement is planned for fiscal year 2026-27 with reserved budget allocation. The procurement will be conducted through e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) v2.0 using Single Stage-One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. The tender encompasses supply of office consumables and printer supplies required for the organization's operations at EDB Complex Building 5-A Constitution Avenue, Islamabad, Federal Province.
Eligible bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 platform to participate in this procurement process. All bids must be accompanied by either bid security as specified in the bidding documents or a bid securing declaration in the format provided. Bidders are required to comply with all eligibility criteria and evaluation parameters outlined in the detailed bidding documents available on the ePADS portal. Registration with relevant authorities and compliance with procurement regulations is mandatory for participation.
