Heavy Industries Taxila seeks fuel filter assemblies with 11 associated items, a commodity component with moderate complexity requiring OEM linkage for distributors.
Delivery spans two months post-contract; the Rs 2000 bid fee signals administrative rigour. Requirement for three years' prior government contracting experience and audit history narrows eligible pool to established suppliers. Tight 27-day tender-to-opening window leaves limited preparation time.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid NTN and Sales Tax registration (where applicable). Registration or pre-qualification from HIT, DGP, MoDP, or government organization preferred. Documentary evidence of contract execution with government/semi-government entities in last three financial years is mandatory. Firm must not be blacklisted, suspended, or debarred. Distributors/agents require trade link with OEM.
